Ari Herman was born in Northern California. He studied at the University of Colorado at Boulder where he earned a Bachelor’s in English Lit. In his 3 years at CU Boulder, he would drive between California and Colorado, granting him the opportunity to explore the American Southwest. The freedom of exploration, dirtbagging lifestyle, and raw beauty of the road have been powerful muses to his work.
